Choose the suitable product, colour, size and the amount and add it to the shopping cart. By clicking on the shopping cart the order will be displayed and it is possible to change its content. When you are finished, press the button “Update Cart” to save the changes, or press the button “To Checkout” to finalize the purchase, in case you have not made any changes.
When placing the order, please fill in the required fields with your personal information and choose the delivery and payment method. Make sure that the information is correct and press the button “Place Order”.
Once the purchase is completed, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within three days. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After formalizing the order, you can choose a suitable bank link and by clicking on it you will be transferred to an already filled payment order. Please confirm the payment and leave the bank by pressing the “Back To The Merchant” button. By doing so a confirmation of your order is forwarded to us, allowing us to deal with the order further.
Using the bank link is secure, neither we nor any third person can see your bank account details.
Payment by bank transfer
In case you choose “Pay By Bank Transfer” we will send your invoice to your e-mail address. Once the invoice is paid we will proceed with the fulfilment of your order. If the invoice is not paid within five business days, we will consider the order as being denounced and cancel it.
Orders will be delivered to you by Itella SmartPOST or Omniva regular post service or to an Omniva parcel terminal. The most suitable type of delivery can be chosen when the order is formed. Transportation costs are added to the invoice.
After receiving your order, we will dispatch it usually within three business days. A text message with a personal door code necessary for receiving the parcel will be sent to your phone number. If you chose the regular post service, the parcel will be sent to the post office closest to your address.
The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days.
For that, you must send a declaration of return to the e-mail address email@example.com within 14 days. You have to state the number of the order and your name in the declaration. The goods that you want to return must be unused and in original packing. The customer covers the delivery costs relating to the return. Within a period of 14 days, the money for the returned item(s) will be refunded to the same bank account it was paid from.
Privacy and security policy
All information and data received during a placement of an order or a visit to our website will be treated as confidential information. We only collect and use information that is necessary for the completion of your order. We do not forward your information to any third party, except for the instance that it is needed for the completion of the order or if it is demanded by law. You have the right to demand the deletion of your information from our online shop database.
